PRINCIPAL
With 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, Merrell provides a unique perspective as an owner’s representative. His background includes practicing as a Licensed Architect, as well as, managing and delivering a large portfolio as a General Contractor. Due to his experience in all aspects of the design and construction process, he can provide a valued service to his clients. Merrell has experience in a wide range of project deliverables including: Commercial Interiors, Building Renovations, Retail, Restaurant/Food Service, and Sustainability. Some of his most prominent skills are organizational ability, collaborative problem solving and managing large groups to accomplish great things.
Merrell has a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University and maintains affiliations with the AIA, NCARB and the USGBC as a LEED Accredited Professional since 2005.

Allyson has over 20 years in providing a wide range of business management services to her clients. Her experience includes: Vendor Management, Bookkeeping, Administration, Event Planning and Consulting. Allyson’s strengths include her ability to systematically attack issues and/or tasks, responsiveness and organization. Her focus on Admin, Financials, Organization and Documentation provides value and leadership to the process on every project.
Allyson holds a degree in Business Management from Penn State University.
